Shipping Policy

1. Scope

We ship worldwide to all countries through our international distribution centers.


2. Processing Time

All orders require a processing time of up to 3 business days after payment confirmation. This includes payment verification, quality control, packaging, and shipping label assignment.


3. Estimated Shipping Time

After processing, our standard delivery timeframe is approximately 8 to 14 business days, depending on the customer's location.

Many orders may arrive earlier than the estimated timeframe, especially in regions with faster local carrier operations and customs processing.

Please note that delivery estimates may vary due to holidays, peak demand periods, weather conditions, customs inspections, or other external logistical factors beyond our control.


4. Order Tracking

All shipments include a tracking number, which is sent via email as soon as the order is dispatched.

Tracking information may take up to 72 hours to appear after the package leaves the warehouse.


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

Free shipping promotions only apply when the conditions specified on our store are met.


6. Delivery Address

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

In cases where an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.


7. Delays and Force Majeure

Cute Case Store is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to strikes, extreme weather, transportation disruptions, customs inspections, public emergencies, or carrier-related issues.

If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery timeframe for reasons directly attributable to us, we will contact the customer to offer available options, including waiting for delivery, changing the shipping method, or receiving a refund.


8. Undelivered Orders

If your order is not delivered within a maximum period of 28 calendar days from the shipping date, we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier.

If the package is confirmed as lost, we will either resend the order or issue a full refund at no additional cost to the customer.
